Abstract:
The aging threshold of 7% for the ages of 65 years and above was touched\r\n\r\n in a lot of developed countries, even from the beginning of the 20th century, and in\r\n\r\n France and Sweden from the 19th. The new aging threshold, determined at the\r\n\r\n value of 14% is passed or will be passed by all developed countries, that’s why, a\r\n\r\n new threshold of 21% is examined as the new boundary of aging. In the near\r\n\r\n future, it will be passed by the most demographically aged European countries,\r\n\r\n and towards 2050, according to the demographic forecasting, it will be passed in\r\n\r\n more than 60 countries of the world, that’s why the new broad age group, of 80\r\n\r\n years and above is debated.\r\n
