Abstract:
Changes of economy and society, determined by globalization and EU\r\n\r\n joining bring and impose, along all of the human activity segments, new\r\n\r\n informations. The bioethanol is considered as energy source close to neutral\r\n\r\n carbon, using renewable raw matters already existing, which are not into\r\n\r\n competition with food and feed production, does not require supplementary field\r\n\r\n utilization. The cellulosic bioresources, as raw matters for bioethanol obtaining,\r\n\r\n could ensure benefits for farmers and implicitly, the prerequisite to sustainable\r\n\r\n development of rural areas. The research is based on specialty documentation and\r\n\r\n statistical agricultural and environmental analysis. For Romania, the agricultural\r\n\r\n residues of „issues/pollutants” could become tools of local living, the prerequisite\r\n\r\n of rural development\r\n
